Paediatric Occupational Therapist & Co-Director
Rochelle is a Paediatric Occupational Therapist with over 6 years of experience supporting children and families across developmental, neurological, and learning needs. After completing her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Charles Sturt University, she worked within school-based services, multidisciplinary teams, and the NDIS, building expertise in early intervention, feeding, and functional skill development.
Rochelle is also the founder of Beelieve Paediatric Therapy, where her approach centres on play-based, strengths-focused therapy and close collaboration with families.
Through her work with parents, Rochelle recognised a common challenge — families want to support their child’s development but often lack clear, practical guidance. This insight helped inspire the creation of Grow & Go Lab, a platform designed to translate occupational therapy and physiotherapy knowledge into simple, practical strategies for everyday life.

Tekarie is a Paediatric Physiotherapist with over 8 years of experience helping children move, explore, and build confidence in their bodies. She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (2017) and a Master of Advanced Paediatric Physiotherapy with Distinction (2023) and is the founder of Physitek, a paediatric physiotherapy service.
Tekarie loves turning movement into play and helping families find simple ways to support their child’s development in everyday life. Through years of working closely with parents, she saw a common challenge — families want to help their children thrive but don’t always have clear, practical guidance on how to do it.
This is what helped inspire the creation of Grow & Go Lab — a place where physiotherapy and occupational therapy knowledge come together to help parents better understand child development and give them practical ideas to support their child’s growth, movement, and confidence.
